Testimonials

“Neil is without doubt the most knowledgeable, helpful and effective therapists I have had the pleasure of visiting. He quickly identifies your problem area, be it sport or lifestyle. Neil’s friendly demeanour means he is genuinely concerned with your recovery and bringing you back in better shape than before you visited. His in depth knowledge of the mechanics of the body and hands on approach sets him apart from other therapists. First person I recommend”

Andrew O’ Shaughnessy – Limerick Senior Inter - County Hurler

“Physical Therapy was a key part of my preparation for the amateur MMA World Championships. I train 5-6 times a week so I need my body to keep up with that demanding schedule. Neil was great to work with assessing and treating all my niggles, knots, muscle and joint injuries. If you want to receive elite care Neil is your man”
Matt Sheehan –2016 World Amateur MMA Champion Light Middle Weight Division

“My training schedule is full-on and can take its toll on the body. Neil understands the limits of the body and his hands on work definitely kept the injuries at bay this year. His knowledge and understanding of the body is excellent and he was able to diagnose and treat some on-going painful injuries I had. He was also able to give advice on ways to continue to train while not aggravating them further, I recommend him without a doubt. Worth travelling for”
Packy Walsh – Competitive Bodybuilder from Cork

“I got a hamstring injury (Grade II) in the middle of the senior hurling championship and Neil was recommended by the backroom staff to treat it. I thought he was extremely professional and helpful throughout. He gave me a detailed recovery plan and ensured that I was on track at all times. He ensured that I didn’t make it worse and he was aware of the tight timeline and that I wanted to get back and play in the Munster Final, which I did thanks to him”
Stephen Molumphy – Waterford Senior Hurling Captain 2009-2011

“Neil is an all-round sports enthusiast and has a passion to be the best in his chosen profession. He has great integrity and always goes the extra mile with a smile. He’s a high achiever and has a history of cross country running, track and road racing, he’s a past winner of the Wexford Triathlon, has a sub 3 hour marathon and has competed in Triathlon at International level many times, to mention but a few of his sporting achievements. He understands sports psychology and the needs of the athlete and was an integral part of my running support crew for both the Connemara 100 mile race (2012) and for the Energia 24 hour race (Belfast 2016). Neil is a great friend and I wish him the very best in his future career”.
Shane Whitty – Ultra Marathon Runner (Whitford House Hotel Wexford)

Neil and I served together with the United Nations in Lebanon for 7 months in late 2012 and early 2013. During this time Neil treated me for a plantar fasciitis injury I had developed during the 2012 GAA season. Neil helped me solve the issue with a comprehensive treatment approach. He did not simply focus on the part of my foot which was causing me pain. He helped me to improve the strength and flexibility in my calves, my ankle and my foot. Neil has the advantage of being a high performance athlete in the past which combined with his knowledge and ability as a physical therapist makes him an ideal practitioner in the area of sports injury rehabilitation. I wish Neil the very best in his new practice.
Alan Quirke – Cork Senior Inter County Footballer (Goal Keeper) and All Ireland Medal Winner

During my preparation for the World lifesaving championships in 2014 and European Championships in 2015, I relied heavily on the incredible treatment offered by Neil. Training 2 & 3 times a day, on top of ‘normal life’ duties meant that minor injury concerns were time wasted. Neil ensured that I was always injury free with constant input, regular treatment and his personal motivation to ensure I competed to the best of my ability. Now a European and World champion, I owe success partially to Neil”.
